Is the Surfaced Score just a made-up metric?
No. It's a transparent composite of five measured layers — presence, citation, share of voice, accuracy and AI-readiness — each run against real engines. We show the receipts: the prompt-by-engine matrix behind the number.
How long until I see results?
First movements on tracked prompts typically appear within 30–60 days. Gains consolidate by day 90. By day 180 you have a defendable share of voice.
What if it doesn't work?
If after 90 days on the retainer we can't show a measurable Surfaced Score gain on the agreed prompts, we keep working at no cost until we can.
Is my data safe?
Yes. getSurfaced is operated by Eva Dava EOOD, an EU-registered company. Data is processed under GDPR, NDAs on request, and we never train models on your content.
